The move

Well the inevitable has come. We are moving. We are getting things packed up and ready to go. We found us a house in Duchesne that is small. But will do for right now. The hard thing is that we are going from a 3 bed to a 2 bed. But we have to do something. I cant have Robbie out there for a week and us up here for a week. Only to see each other on the weekends. Its not good for any of us. He starts his job Monday, and the kids will probably start school the 5Th of Dec. I have been dragging my feet but I think that this will be a good move. It is just really funny. Cause things have fallen into place to fast. Robbie gets an offer from Qwest, gets a job with Ubet in Roosevelt, and now we was able to find a place. Like his mom said "The Lord must want you out here". There is obviously a reason why things are running so smooth. I just hope that our run of smoothness will not stop any time soon.. I will keep in touch with everyone still. We are not going to stop going out on our dates with the Jensens. We can come up every other weekend. We are going to try to make it up for the Ward Christmas party. Try to see everyone and say hi. Well its time to get back to packing up. C

Nate

Well it happend. One of a parents worse fears. Nate was at school Thursday wneh the school called us and told us that he had fallen of the playground and hurt his arm. It was swelling and it was hurting him alot. So i leave work and take him over the IHC. Well they took X-rays of his Right arm and come to find out he broke both bones in his right arm. So they had to trasnport us to Primary Childrens. He had a compound fracture. His bone went through his skin and back in. So they had to go in and do surgery to make sure that there was not an infection. Mom of course was very upset. Robbie and doug came in and gave him a blessing. He done great up untill the meds started wearing off. But we are now home and resting as comfortably as possible when you have a very active 2 year old. But it was fun and exciting. I dont reall want to do it again. He is doing great. He has a splint on it right now. In about a week he has to go in and get a cast put on it. They want to make sure that there is no more swelling. The pic on the top is the one from after the surgery. The one on the bottom is the X-ray. You can see the mark on the X-ray that is where his bone went through his skin. One thing about Nate is that he knows how to do it right. LOL. C

Latest news in the Taylors house

I feel like this week has been a roller coaster ride I have been riding on and I dont want it to stop. I started my externship at a place called Westview Womens and Family clinic. I love it. This place has welcomed me in from the first day there. Its really hard for me sometimes though. The people in the front speak Spanish. So its really hard sometimes to understand them when they get talking. But for the most part it is really fun. Its not what I expected at all. Its better. I am doing alot of phone calls to insurance companys to see why the claim has not been paid. Or else I am pulling files or putting them away. Which is nice cause it gives me a break away from the computer. It is reall hard to look at the computer for 8 hours a day.

Robbie has had an offer from Qwest that is a buy out. Basically what it means is that they will pay him so much for every year they have been there, plus all the vacation and personal time that he has for next year. At the time it sounded really good. But then what do we do? Well he was looking online and found a job out in Roosevelt basically doing the same thing. But its in a more smaller town where he feels more comfortable raising the kids. I am not to sure about it right now. But there is alot on our plates as what to do. He went to the Temple and fasted and prayed about it. He had said that he thinks that he is doing what he needs to. I am still not so sure. I really dont want to go live out there. There is nothing out there for us. My parents are now out there. But still. I would have a better chance of getting a good paying job up here then I would down there. Plus we would be leaving some really good friends. I am still riding the fence. I think that it would be best to pull out of the deal, sell our house and move some where that is not so expensive but still stay in the ward. But that is enough rambling on from me. I hope that you all had a WONDERFULL Halloween. We sure did. Thanks to all of you for your help. Sarah J and Candis has just been absoutly wonderful helping us out with the kids. I can never thank them enough. Thanks once again to all of you. !!!! :) C

Tyra, Nate, and Paul Halloween 2008

Taylor family halloween.

Well as you can tell the kids had quite a fun time doing the pumpkins. Its really funny cause Robbie went to the store and had got 3 pumpkins. A big one a medium one and a small one. Thinking that it would go, Tyra, Nate, and Paul. Of course not. Paul got the biggest one and Tyra got the smaller one. They turned out quite well. They stayed in our house till last night at when we finally put them out. They came home with a loot. We went out with the Siwick's and the kids came home like bandets. Paul of course only had to be shown once on what to do. Then he was right up there pushing his way up saying" TRICK OR TREAT". It was quite enjoyable to watch. We went over to our neighboors house (June). Well her screen door was locked and her husband had to get the key. Well Paul was getting VERY anxious. He began pulling on the door and yelling. "It's me Paul open the door please. Trick or treat. Its me Paul." Over and over. June was laughing. Tyra was dressed up as a cat, nate was a Storm stooper, and Paul was Super Man. They are now getting anxious for Christmas. Of course neither one of us is. But its ok. :) C
